These friendly group sessions explain, in plain language, how common pension and retirement-saving frameworks are generally structured and what the usual paperwork looks like. Sessions are designed to help attendees understand key terms and typical processes so they are better placed to ask informed questions of their own pension providers.

Sessions are suitable for individuals attending alone and for community groups booking together. Printed handouts and a question-and-answer period are included as standard.

A practical, hands-on service to help people bring order to their existing pension and retirement paperwork. The work is purely administrative: sorting documents into clear folders, building a readable index, and if desired, digitising key papers for safer storage.

No advice is given about the contents of any documents. Our role is to help you know what you have, where it is and how to find it when you need it. The session closes only when you are confident in the result.
