1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Eldergrove, operating from 73/19 Rama IV Road, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. By making an enquiry, booking a session, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you have any questions before proceeding, we warmly encourage you to contact us first. We are happy to clarify anything that seems unclear.
2. Our Services
Eldergrove provides the following services, all of which are strictly educational and administrative in nature:
- Pension Systems Explained — Group Workshops: educational group sessions explaining how pension and retirement-saving frameworks are generally structured, using plain language and printed handouts.
- Personal Records Organisation: a practical administrative service helping individuals gather, sort and store their own pension and retirement paperwork in an orderly way.
- Retirement Readiness Information Programme: an extended multi-session information programme covering general topics such as understanding common retirement documents and keeping orderly personal records over time.
None of our services constitute financial, investment, legal, or any other regulated professional advice. We do not make recommendations about specific products, providers, or courses of action.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as outlined in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials unless otherwise stated.
Current service fees are:
- Pension Systems Explained — Group Workshops: ฿3,500 per person
- Personal Records Organisation: ฿9,800 per engagement
- Retirement Readiness Information Programme: ฿28,000 per person
Eldergrove reserves the right to adjust pricing for future bookings with reasonable notice. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session: full refund, less any bank or transfer charges.
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the session: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the session: no refund, though you are welcome to transfer your place to another person at no charge.
If Eldergrove needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or a rescheduled place, whichever you prefer.
5. Scope of Service
It is important that clients understand clearly what Eldergrove does and does not provide:
- We provide general educational information about how pension systems and retirement documents are typically structured. This information is not tailored to your individual financial situation.
- We provide administrative and organisational assistance with your own documents. We do not interpret the content of those documents in a professional advisory capacity.
- We do not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice of any kind.
- We do not act as agents or intermediaries with pension providers or government bodies on your behalf.
- Decisions about your retirement savings or pension arrangements remain entirely your own. We encourage you to seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals for personalised advice.
6. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making a booking or enquiry.
- Bring or share only documents that you own or have the right to share.
- Treat Eldergrove staff and other participants with courtesy and respect.
- Understand that you retain full responsibility for any decisions you make in connection with your retirement arrangements.
- Not record sessions without prior written permission from Eldergrove.
7. Intellectual Property
All handouts, workbooks, presentation materials, and written guides produced by Eldergrove are the intellectual property of Eldergrove. You are welcome to use these materials for your own personal reference and learning.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt our materials without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eldergrove's services are informational and administrative only. We do not accept liability for any financial decisions made by clients in connection with their pension or retirement arrangements, whether or not those decisions were influenced by information shared during our sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Eldergrove's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be lawfully excluded, such as fraud or personal injury caused by our own negligence.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
Eldergrove handles your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand. For full details of how we collect, use and protect your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
